After a successful 2014 with a couple of EP's from himself, The LiveJournalists and some remixes that created buzz, matphilly also suffered heartbreak and loss from people he lost last year. While trying to cope with the lost of loved ones, Mathew Phillips focused time into working on 4 emotionally driven tracks that were made as a tribute to the people he has lost. In addition, matphilly and All The Hype Records teamed up with Hope and Bass to give this EP away FREE OF CHARGE through matphilly's soundcloud, but will also be taking money made from any purchases to a charity called The American Music Therapy Association (http://www.musictherapy.org/) that deals with Music Therapy, something that matphilly uses to cope with issues regarding is personal depression and anxiety. matphilly hopes that no matter how you get this EP, that it helps you out with your personal struggles like this EP helped him in those tough times.
