Taking a short break from my usual low vision tech videos to share a bit about my battle with a very rare #cancer called #liposarcoma in honour of July being #SarcomaAwareness Month & the #KnowSarcoma campaign, and to hopefully help others newly diagnosed with some of the many questions they may have. #Sarcomas are rare cancers of the connective tissue that can occur anywhere in the body but primarily in the extremities & abdomen. There is no cure for sarcoma, so recurrences & distant metastasis are not uncommon.
