Shows tractors and bulldozers, road construction, cranes, bridge building, drain pipe construction, subgrade laying, metal side forms, mechanical graders, paving machines, medians being planted in. Shows various road signs like Lawrence/Topeka, U.S. 101, and Interstate 55. Shows various models of cars from the 1920s and 1950s. Presented by the Portland Cement Association.
