Vintage Inspired Pickups "VIPots" Part 2: How Does The 'Centralabs' Taper Compare To CTS 550k Pots??

Welcome to Perky's Analog Gear Demos. Please subscribe for more demos of vintage & rare effects pedals! So - here is Part 2 of the VIPots series! In Part one, we compared the stock sound (without turning the knobs) to the stock Gibson pots and found that they were slightly brighter sounding...which you'd expect, given that they're 550k and the Gibson were probably 500k. In Part 2, I'm going to be comparing the VIPots to the pots I'd usually use - the CTS / Bare Knuckle Pickups 550k pots. Both sets claim to be accurate 'Centralabs' replicas...so are they the same? What do you think? Very similar? Do you prefer one over the other? Comment below!
