Whilst young and fit patients can be treated with a combination of lenalidomide, bortezomib, and dexamethasone, or with daratumumab, bortezomib, thalidomide, and dexamethasone, older and fit patients who cannot undergo transplantation will be treated with lenalidomide, bortezomib, and lower dose dexamethasone. Frail patients can be treated with bortezomib and lenalidomide or melphalan with steroids depending on their frailty level. This interview was recorded virtually.
