An urban explorer was left “saddened” when she visited a once-glorious theme park that has been left to rot. Charlee Popperwell was shocked when she saw the “state” of the eerie Flambards Park. The theme park on the outskirts of Helston, which was hugely popular with generations of children, was initially opened by Douglas Hale in 1976.
