Vengurla is at a distance of about 65 km from North Goa, Vengurla has a calm sea beach, many people plan a night stay near the beach and then move towards Goa. We did the following activities during the day and then moved towards Sawantwadi and finally did our night stay at Sawatwadi town. Konkan series start date - 17th Sept and end date - 2nd October. This particular episode was shot on 30th sept 2021. Following are the key highlights of this series. We started our day from Vengurla Beach, local call this beach Sagareshwar Beach as there is Lord shiva Temple near the beach. Breakfast in Homestay, Located in Mandvi Khadi, Veg Breakfast - Rs 100, Chaukoni pav, Shirvale, Homestay - Rs 1000 for double occupancy. Mangar Farmstay -10 km from Crawford market, Mud house - Rs 2000 per day for double occupancy with Breakfast. We also had traditional veg Thali - Rs 300 per person. Yashwantgad fort - We traveled for about 45 min from the homestay then reached the Yashwantgad Fort - which is sea fort located in redi village, built in 17th century, Redi Beach - This beach is the last beach of Coastal Maharashtra, Goa border is 4 km, It is white sand beach.. Shri Ganesh Temple - Here you get to see the darshan of Lord Ganapati, this temple was built in 1976.
