Buddy Williams - Christmas Blues (Original 45) (Australian Country Music)

Buddy is one of the true legends of Australian country music. He made his first official recordings in the late 30's for EMI's classic Regal Zonophone label... ...and, he continued with EMI until he moved to RCA in 1964. This track was recorded in March 1960, and released as a Columbia 45, DO-4134. Interestingly, it runs for just over four minutes, which was quite long for a single track at the time. It wasn't released on an LP at the time, and this original 45 is now very hard to find. The flipside was "What's The Use".
