Star Rapid's New Class 100,000 Injection Molding Clean Room For Medical Device Manufacturing

We are excited to tell you all about our recently certified Class 100,000 clean room, compliant with IS0-8 standards, dedicated to plastic injection molding for medical and aerospace manufacturing. We've invested in four new all-electric Fanuc molding machines, ranging from 65 to 130 tonnes, with three of them featuring robots. Each machine is equipped with its own desiccant drier. A notable feature is the constant injection speeds of our FANUC ROBOSHOT machines, ensuring unparalleled levels of consistency and accuracy, regardless of the production volume. Additionally, we've integrated two Babyplast Micromolding Machines into our facility. Micromolding allows for the production of extremely small and precise components with tight tolerances. This level of precision is crucial in the medical field, especially for devices such as catheters and connectors.
