Painless HSG under Fluoroscopy Guidance

This is the painless procedure of HSG done under Fluoroscopy guidance. The patient was unable to conceive from 4 years and underground repeatedly Follicular study. You can see the uterus being distended and the right tube visualizes after a lot of resistance. Continuous circulation of the contrast showed a spill on the right side on the various scan. However, the left tube was not opacified (we could not see the left tube that means the left tube remain block. )Probably both the tubes are blocked and because of that she was not able to conceive, however, with the painless HSG, we could manipulate and open the right tube. You can see in spite of our manipulation the left tube could not be open and it remains block however good free spills could be seen on the right and you can see our effort continuously to open up the left tube which did not open.
