Sooooo, it’s been a minute hasn’t it. This video symbolises how life sometimes feels. One step forward. Two back. One jump forward. Ten back. Learning, making mistakes, never being perfect, these are things I am dealing with on a daily. Sometimes it feels too hard and I want to quit and do nothing, sometimes I want to numb the pain, my current go to’s are tv shows and food. It’s a working progress... The down feeling and hopelessness has passed, until next time, dreaded head. But I am now out of it and feeling positive, hopeful and even peace again. I need to continually put work in to feel good. Wether that be, who I talk to, who I spend my time with, the friends I call (if I am not avoiding them), the food I eat, the daily disciplines that are essential to live, the fellowship I’m in, if I avoid these things, resent them, not do them, I will be in a troubled spot. For me, it equals not being here. I am a dramatic gal but that is one truth I will stick to. When I do the things, I feel great, I can get through hard times and I feel supported and okay, I have that feeling that no matter what, it’ll be okay. When I don’t do the things, I feel like death, hopeless and miserable and lonely and well the list goes on, but it’s not a fun one. This trip, was a test, a challenge, no matter where you are, the money you have, the people saying they are there for you, if you listen to that bad head of yours you could feel like you aren’t anywhere, you have nothing, no one loves you.
