I took the base of Jeffrey Jeffrey Morgenthaler’s Clyde Common’s Tequila-Sherry Egg Nog and modified it with some standard tiki flavors. While I lowered the amount of Amontillado sherry, it’s still there and offers a complex nutty, citrus character that goes so well in egg nogs. Overall, the ABV on this version is almost exactly the same as the Clyde Commons Egg Nog and both are lower than many other popular recipes. It makes it easy to drink and ideal for me, but feel free to increase the rum or sherry if you are looking for something stronger or want to intensify those flavors. #TikiCocktails #Eggnog #ChristmasCocktails
