Shiki Japanese Kappou Style by the hottest Chef Riku Toda 🥰 If you'd like to try variety of Japanese great ingredients and cooking style, here is the place. With an opened kitchen and quite a lot of staffs, the serving was rather quick. There were some introduction/story of each serving but not too much. My wow course is the soba served in an ice bowl with awabi, ankimo ice cream, and grilled fish. A salad course with combination of several cooking techniques is also interesting and very nice. We had the reservation on 29th April 2022. We were told that we need an ATK test (24 hours validity) and we did take the test prior to arrival.
