This year felt like a single flash. There is no better phrase for my 2025 than this: 'It feels like I hallucinated the whole year.' Everything moved so fast. A few trips, the noise of the Belgrade protests, and suddenly, the year is gone. But when I look closely, is there any difference? I'm not sure. The intensity of the protests remains. The fog mixed with air pollution is still here. The dust hasn't settled. I had a list. I wrote it down in December, when the year was still a blank roll of film. But a year... it doesn't develop like you think it will. There were parts that ended up underexposed, the quiet days that faded into shadow. And there were moments that were overexposed — too much light, too much feeling. You get moments you never planned for. From the 5 things on my New Year's resolutions, I did 3, which is ok. I bought a few photobooks, and I will buy more. I got into some photo contests, I did, but I didn't get it through. But we'll see, one of the contests is still on, and I'm waiting for the email. And I made a photozine, but nothing special. About Ektachrome, that was an interesting thing for me. I went to a photo store in the beginning of the year, to a photo store where people know me. And they didn't want me to sell Ektachrome, why? Because it's too expensive and I'm not doing some professional photography to waste around 50 euros for just one roll of film and developing. So, I gave up on that, because it is too expensive, at least for me. And also, I couldn't take time for the photo exhibition, but that is still on my mind, so maybe this 2026. I spent a lot of time trying to slow things down. Loading those 35mm rolls, choosing the shot. This is my proof. This is what I actually saw. These photos, these clips...these moments captured on those 35mm negatives. And when I look at them, it all comes back. #photography #2025 #recap #2025recap #photographyvlog #vlog
