Holdout, Gauntlet and Objective (Commonly gas cans). But this is not the case in the original Left 4 Dead. L4D1 only had the holdout type. You may say "Hey, isn't that one event with the forklift in Death Toll a gauntlet event?". No, in the original game it was just a holdout section. For the Left 4 Dead 2 port, they made it a gauntlet event because the gauntlet event's functionality was made for parts in L4D2's campaigns, such as in Dead Center's mall alarm, and The Parish's bridge finale.
