Ah who remembers this heap that I used to own yes I became so embarrassed that I owned this that I never got round to uploading really any full cycle videos off it 🥲 Anyway had a big load of dressing gowns and blankets to wash and wanted to see how this machine could cope with them seeing as my nans old one failed to wash a load the same as this as it was too stingy on water well safe to say this handled pretty much horrifically as well (RANT TIME 😀 don’t read if you don’t want to as it’s like a literal essay 😭) First off how the heck did it think this was a mini load? Yes not even a half load but a MINI LOAD UNDER 3KG?!!! Because of this it performed the cycle like it was a tiny load as it doesn’t go by absorbency at all only dry weight this resulted in the machine using WAY to little detergent on the main wash even though It was set to high detergent dosage and medium water hardness even though I live in a soft water area let alone the prewash where the machine is programmed not to add detergent at all so is just a heated pre rinse unless you add detergent yourself (like I did in this wash) The machine doesn’t spend enough time doing saturation no matter the load size this results in the machine having to top up until the very end of the main wash! Baring in mind it’s washing for well over an hour and that’s not including the prewash time! It also means the machine constantly turns the heater on off on off ON OFF!!! For the entire main wash because the water level is too low for it to keep the heater on and won’t stop doing that until the machine eventually decides to top up and do that process ALL OVER AGAIN! Ecobubble also doesn’t create much bubbles like ever 🥲 the suds level never really gets that far up the glass then as soon as it turns the pump off all the suds disappear because it uses way too little water the blomberg creates way more suds than this did when I wash the blankets in it (done this same load in it will upload It’s full cycle soon) Surely spins can’t get any worse oops I’m wrong the machine is so damn stupid it literally thinks the load is unbalanced before it’s even remotely close to distribution speed which wasted so much time let alone the fact when it was becoming really unbalanced when it tried to spin the machine was trying it’s best to break the front panel and door off because haha £550 quality 🤪🤪🫣 and only done pathetic 800rpm spins that didn’t even hold at that speed and a short final spin because it detected a small load Only good things I can say is at least it got the load fully wet, reached set temp and shockingly didnt sudslock instead only done 2 mini waterlocks but I’m sure if it used the right amount of detergent and didnt spend lots of time doing “mini spin bursts” because of it constantly spinning unbalanced that would be a different story Also notice how on the final rinse it does pulse fills right through this results in it taking a CENTURY to finish filling up if you have low water pressure like myself and it’s even worse if it detects a full load when the load is absorbent due to the higher water level (just wait for the towel cycle video 🫠) Overall it performed awfully the dressing gowns and blankets literally stunk after a few uses when normally they smell fresh for a good month or 2 (so much so I had to freshen a blanket up in the WTG on daily 30 while waiting on blomberg to arrive and even it performed better than this 3 hour wash did) I feel like it could’ve performed a bit better if it wasn’t for the fact the machine was an autodose model but then again it did do the other stuff I mentioned as well so safe to say I’m just glad this went when it did 0:00 prepare the wash 6:24 Start and drain 6:49 Load detection 7:26 Small load detected, time altered and begin dry prewash 21:29 Prewash spin 800rpm 26:11 autodose detergent and begin main wash (saturation) 33:26 a sentence I highly take back!
