Discover CityU: A Journey of an Indian Student in Computer Science

Shreyash Kawle is an Indian computer science student at the City University of Hong Kong (#CityU). The Bachelor of Science in Computer Science programme aims at providing students a sound technical foundation in computer science and the ability to creatively apply computer and related technologies to solve practical problems. CityU is considered one of the most diverse universities globally, and Shreyash is part of various student clubs, including AIESEC and CityU Model United Nations. These clubs help Shreyash meet international students from an array of backgrounds and learn about their cultures. Shreyash will carry on his study at the Columbia University in New York because of the unique Joint Bachelor’s Degree programme (JBDP) between CityU and Columbia. JBDP allows students to be exposed to a wide range of knowledge in the East and the West.
