Recently, Kay was #Hosted on a "FAM" trip (Familiarization Trip) to Ottumwa, Iowa with 6 other Travel Professionals. Ottumwa is an up and coming city that is moving forward yet holding on to its roots. Kay takes you along on the itinerary for a "behind the scenes look" at this unique trip.
