Butech Bliss Roller Leveler at Nelson Steel

Nelson Steel is proud to announce their recently installed (December 2012) Butech Bliss Roller Leveler within our Pickling Line in Stoney Creek, Ontario. The Leveler is designed to remove flat rolled strip shape defects such as coil set, cross bow, edge wave and center buckle. The Butech Bliss Roller Leveler features independent work roll drives, independent entry/exit roll capabilities, automatic deflection compensation and a hydraulic roll bending system. This leveler is capable of leveling .060" to .260" gauge by 72" wide at maximum yield strength of 50,000. The equipment is capable of leveling higher yield strengths, to a maximum of 80,000, however gauge and width capabilities vary. For more information visit www.nelsonsteel.com or www.samuel.com
