Chief Minister Murad Ali Shah said that the amendments will introduce digitization of land records and the implementation of an e-Transfer of Title system. The cabinet approved amendments to the Sindh Land Revenue Act, 1967, and has sent the bill to the Sindh Assembly. The cabinet also decided to amend the Motor Vehicles Ordinance to implement third-party insurance. It approved reducing the sales tax on third-party insurance from 15 percent to 5 percent. Under this system, victims affected by accidents will have a legal right to compensation. Additionally, the Sindh Cabinet approved amendments to the rules and regulations of the Inter-Provincial Coordination Department. On the Prime Minister’s directions, the cabinet also approved the allocation of land to establish Danish schools in Karachi and Tando Muhammad Khan.
