Do cheap Handpans exist? Part 2

Cheap Handpans: part 2  As promised, I said I would create a follow up video about the cheap handpan I bought from temu for £150. I wanted to leave enough gap to truly see how it held up over time. As I explain in the video, the centre note of the pan has gone out of tune severely. It's completely flat and doesn't sound very good to the ear. The other notes around the side have held up slightly better but still, the whole thing has gone out of tune for sure. Saying this, I would still say that this could be a good option for anyone who really wants to learn how to play the handpan and can't yet afford a more expensive one. This cheap handpan from temu would be more than enough for you to start learning about rhythm, and putting into practice the basics which could then in time help you upgrade to a better pan when you are ready. Like I say, please don't buy a cheap handpan and then complain that it's gone out of tune because I'm telling you it almost certainly will. However, if you are really committed to this journey of learning about rhythm and how to play the handpan, then a cheap handpan + my free introduction to rhythm course could be all you need to get started for the first 6 months to a year. In that time you can save up to buy a better pan which when you get it, you will be so happy with the upgrade which will naturally motivate you to keep on going with the journey and want to keep playing and sharing.
