Borgo Valbelluna tra Lentiai e Mel, nel piccolo borgo di Bardies, una interessante passeggiata ci porta a scoprire un angolo naturalistico tra il greto del fiume Piave e il torrente Rimonta. . E' un'area naturalistica particolare, con alcuni specchi d'acqua e dei fossati di risorgiva. Simile al vicino Vincheto di Celarda, località di Feltre, area demaniale naturalistica mantenuta dalla Forestale. Questa dei laghetti della Rimonta è sicuramente più rustica, comunque ben tenuta da una associazione locale, tuttavia il valore aggiunto agli aspetti naturalistici sono alcune installazioni artistiche di pregio, alcune anche ricavate dai ceppi d'albero rimasti dopo le devastazioni della tempesta Vaia del 2018. . Il percorso parte dalla piccola Chiesetta del paese, dedicata a Sant'Antonio Abate, molto interessante, con all'interno affreschi del XV-XVI secolo attribuite a Giovanni di Francia a Giovanni e Marco da Mel e a Cesare Vecellio, nipote del famoso Tiziano Vecellio. Il primo incontro è con una "Calchera" una rustica fornace per la produzione della calce viva, utilizzata dalla popolazione locale nella costruzione delle case e l'imbiancatura-disinfezione dei locali. Sottopassata la nuova strada tangenziale, si entra nell'area protetta della Rimonta e, seguendo tranquillamente il sentiero, ben tabellato e con numerosi pannelli informativi, si scoprono ambienti molto belli e le varie installazioni artistiche. Purtroppo questo video è stato girato ad Aprile 2022, in un periodo di grave siccità, e buona parte degli specchi palustri era in secca. Un motivo in più per tornarci in un momento più favorevole e con la vegetazione più rigogliosa. In totale, dalla Chiesa, percorriamo circa 3 chilometri, estremamente rilassanti e piacevoli. .
