Almost exactly one year ago, I finished a TAS on Wario's gold mine, with a prelim time of 1:49.116. As months went by, I realised that, even for a prelim time, the run really wasn't good, with many flaws that probably anyone could see. That has pushed me to remake the TAS, which I've been working on since March of this year. While this TAS still isn't perfect, I am much prouder with the result of this one. Read this, I am going to answer 2 obvious questions about the run! Otherwise, comment your questions! Q: Why is there no batclip on lap 3? A: Here's a visual explanation: https://imgur.com/a/EUVpCZy Q: Why is lap 3 the fastest lap despite not performing batclip? A: Atleast 3 reasons can explain it: 1) I discovered that just after turnskip (at 1:37), I could realign while still landing at 96 km/h. That gave me a better angle for the trick just after. 2) On lap 1 and lap 2, the minecarts made me lose a bit of time, but on lap 3, I could take the turn optimally with the best line possible. 3) For the last turn on lap 3, since I don't have to re align for a next lap, the mini-turbo is released faster. With all that said, if a batclip had been possible on lap 3, we maybe could have seen a 35.555 lap 3 :/ ------------------ Finally, shoutout to ‪@Wade474‬ for recording & editing the video for me!
