Made Some Custom Brake Lines - H22A Civic Brake Conversion

The brake system is finally complete. Minus the installation of the hydraulic lines. I wanted to get this video up for everyone as its been another week. Anyways, i managed to bend and double flare all the hardlines for the brake system on the ek civic. It was a pain with the H22 inside the engine bay. I really regretted not doing that prior but its a learning experience for sure. But if i did have another shot at this with the engine in i would just go with the copper nickel brake lines as they are way easier to handle and deal with. I purchased a 50 foot roll of copper nickel brake lines on amazon for $50 canadian, came with 10 fittings too. Doing the lines yourself is much cheaper then OEM replacments or these crazy after market lines. The copper nickel lines are also very good against corrosion and rust. I cleaned up my 15/16 brake booster and master cylinder and re-painted those too. This process at first scared me since its the brake system. One, if not the most important thing on any vehicle. When doing your own lines always, always do a double flare. Practice on a small piece until the flare is at a standard that is acceptable and then do it again until its perfect. Glad to be done, next is the fuel lines.
