My top 10 favourite smartphones released in 2019 which I've personally reviewed, including the best for camera hardware, battery life and to suit your personal budget. Here's the greatest mobiles of the year so far, but let us know your own pick in the comments. We start with a look at the best camera phone of 2019, and I've chosen Huawei's P30 Pro (and P30) for this one. The different viewpoints, including that excellent 5x optical zoom, offer incredible flexibility - while photo and video quality can't be beaten. Props to Samsung's Galaxy S10 Plus too, which is also one of my favourites. If you're after long battery life, the Moto G7 Power is one of the top choices of the year. The 5000mAh cell and stock Android means the Power keeps going and going! I then run through my pick of the best smartphones at certain price points: under £500, £400, £300 and even £200. Here I've gone for the Honor View 20, Sony Xperia 10 Plus, Moto G7 Plus and Honor 10 Lite/Huawei P Smart 2019 respectively. As for the most anticipated upcoming handset, I'm personally looking forward to the Sony Xperia 1 (as well as the OnePlus 7, Poco F2 and plenty of others!)
