蓮藕蒸肉餅 Steamed Pork Patty with Lotus Root **字幕CC Eng. Sub**

🟢材料: 梅頭豬肉 - 300克 蓮藕 - 100克 薑 - 1小塊 蔥 - 適量 蠔油 - 1湯匙 糖 - 1茶匙 老抽 - 1/2茶匙 蒸魚豉油、油 、胡椒粉 - 適量 澱粉水(水1湯匙+澱粉1湯匙) 🟢做法: 1️⃣ 將梅頭豬肉剁碎,加入薑末、蠔油、胡椒粉、糖、老抽,少量多次加入澱粉水拌勻。 2️⃣ 蓮藕去皮洗淨切成小粒,加入肉餅中再次拌勻,加入適量油拌勻。 3️⃣ 將拌好的肉餅均勻鋪平在碟上,盡量攤薄。 4️⃣ 水滾下鍋,大火蒸煮10分鐘,撒上蔥花,淋入熱油及蒸魚豉油。 🟢Ingredients: Pork shoulder - 300g Lotus root - 100g Ginger - 1 small piece Spring onion - as needed Oyster sauce - 1 tablespoon Sugar - 1 teaspoon Dark soy sauce - 1/2 teaspoon Seafood soy sauce, oil, pepper powder - as needed Starch water (1 tablespoon water + 1 tablespoon starch) 🟢Cooking Directions: 1️⃣ Chop the pork shoulder into minced meat. Add minced ginger, oyster sauce, pepper powder, sugar, and dark soy sauce. Gradually add starch water in small amounts until the mixture becomes smooth. 2️⃣ Peel and wash the lotus root, then cut it into small pieces. Add it to the meat mixture and mix well. Then, add an appropriate amount of oil and mix well again. 3️⃣ Spread the mixed meat evenly on a plate, trying to make it as thin as possible. 4️⃣ Bring water to a boil in a steamer.
