Last Saturday we went to Berlin to play our important team match against "Füchse" who are currently second to last in the table. We really wanted to take a point home to be sure of staying away from the relegation zone, but unfortunately we narrowly lost 4:6. After starting with 0:2 doubles I had to play against my long-time opponent Ali. We almost always play very close matches and this one was extremely close again. After starting the match very poorly, I was able to fight back in the end and turn things around while I fended off two match balls. Also because of our numerous fans who came especially for this important match in a travel bus. Thank you again for your support! In my second match I lost 0:3 against Seb who played very strong on that day, especially on these slippery tables where short serves are nearly impossible. Next Saturday we have our next away game against Eintracht Frankfurt.
