Coming in with a completely different vibe for this video!!! My friend Hope tagged along with me for a surf lesson I took a few weeks ago and she was able to get some clips of me. After watching back the footage I became so discouraged. When you're out there you FEEL so much better than you look and it made me second guess all the progress I've made over the past few years. I wasn't going to make a video with this footage, but then I started playing around with it and liked the idea of making it into a digital journal entry. Idk how, but i feel like making this video & confessing all my self doubts and self criticisms healed something in me. We truly are our worst critics.
