PHR Presents Araw-Gabi: Week 18 Recap - Part 1

Virgilio (Raymond Bagatsing) is filled with guilt for nearly thwarting Harriet's (Ara Mina) plan against Celestina (Vina Morales). Worried about his wife's safety, Virgilio insists on watching over her. Celestina, meanwhile, orders Franco (Victor Silayan) to keep a close watch on Amanda (Ara Mina). Wanting to outshine Amanda on her own party, Celestina doubles her efforts in preparing for Valle de Luz’s grand opening. Unbeknownst to her, however, the de Alegres and the Olvidars have prepared a grand plan to bring her down. Celestina (Vina Morales) and the rest of the de Alegres attend the grand opening of Valle de Luz. At the party, Amanda (Ara Mina) vows to blow Celestina's mind with the surprise she prepared for her. Soon, Celestina becomes disturbed upon recognizing two of Amanda's business partners. She then gets the shock of her life when Amanda finally introduces them to her and to the people of El Paraiso. With a hurt ego, Celestina indignantly leaves the party with her family. Harriet (Ara Mina) and her allies are delighted over their successful plan of revealing Celestina’s (Vina Morales) crimes to the townspeople of El Paraiso. Certain that Celestina will seek revenge, Harriet and Virgilio (Raymond Bagatsing) are determined not to let her dominate them. True to their expectations, Celestina soon returns to retaliate. This leads to a commotion, which ends with Celestina being humiliated anew. Meanwhile, Nica (Ysabel Ortega) feels sorry for the plight that Red’s family got into.
