here is the first video of the hisense WFQP9014EVM. today it is washing a full load of bedding on the cotton 90 cycle, including temperature measuring, as always. since the previous range, the cycle lengths have been altered slightly and the 95° temperature has been replaced with 90°. there is also no cooldown, which is good as a cooldown isn't necessary when there's no reheating and the main wash is long enough for the temperature to decrease to basically 50°C. the balancing is less fussy on this range compared to previous models. there is also no longer a spray nozzle, and the hose for the nozzle is now positioned somewhere around the top left hand side of the tub. forr some reason, they ditched the instant lock and replaced it with a thermal lock. the load deflector design has been modified - there is just one now and it's on the right hand side of the seal. unfortunately it still pokes into the drum a bit as you can hear on the sensing. despite reaching just 77.6°C compared to my other hisense's 79.1°C, this hisense is still closer to the advertised temperature of 90°C than my other hisense was to its advertised temperature of 95°C. unfortunately, much like the previous doors, this door attracts so much dust and stuff. at the time of filming this machine was less than 24 hours old. certainly doesn't look it, because of the door... overall first impressions? a good improvement on previous range. this model is overall much more suited to me than the previous one, despite lacking a couple of features from the previous one. energy usage for this cycle was 1.345kWh. 00:00:00 - introduction, adding detergent, selecting cycle 00:03:09 - start and initial drain 00:03:36 - sense 00:04:31 - main wash 00:56:36 - highest temperature 77.6°C 02:43:57 - first intermediate spin 950rpm 02:52:04 - first rinse 03:01:54 - second intermediate spin 950rpm (very unbalanced) 03:12:53 - second rinse 03:22:41 - third intermediate spin 950rpm 03:31:42 - softener rinse 03:42:37 - final spin 1400rpm 03:54:16 - waiting for door release 03:55:28 - end, unloading and results
