Shrimp fried rice is the perfect menu for those who live alone :) Never miss your meal~~ 《Ingredients》 Shrimps Ready rice 2 Eggs Carrot, spring onion Cooking Oil Oyster sauce 《Recipe》 (1 portion of ready rice 200g) 1. Remove cap of ready fried rice fully and put it into microwave for 2 mins. (if you are using rice cooker, please remove moisture as much as possible) it's most important to remove as much moisture as possible 2. Break 2 eggs (1.5 amount will be used), chop carrot and 1 spring onion into small pieces. 3. Coat the pan with cooking oil, pour in prepared egg. 4. When the egg is half cooked, put in all garnish into the pan and stir fry. 5. Take out the rice from plastic casing and put it on separate dish. (*Do not throw away the case) 6. Put half of fried garnish in the plastic case. 7. Put the rice in the pan and stir fry with other half of garnish. 8. When it's fully cooked, put into plastic bowl, flip it on a dish. 9. All done!
