Transcript: My name is Joan, and I had my surgery at the Breast Implant Center of Hawaii. I had my son maybe like two years ago, and then instantly after I started breastfeeding, I was like, "Oh, I need to fix this." So after he looked at my breasts he suggested two surgeries. He suggested that I get a breast lift first. He called it a Benelli, and I would get the implants later. At first, I was kind of bummed, because I was like, "Oh, I want them now." Looking back on it, I think we went with the right decision, because I guess when you do it together, you don't really know what's going to happen, so if you do it one at a time, you can see what's up with this first, and then you get a better picture of how you want to go along with the next one. The first surgery, he said, it's longer, but it's more like just scabbing. He prescribed pain medication, but I really didn't have to use any. They made me take it when I was there. After I got my implants done, that one I know he puts it under the muscle, so I expected it to be a little bit more sore than the first one. But even that, I didn't have to use all my pain meds. I went back to work three days later. No, it was like four days later. I mean, not doing much, but it was super easy. Not too much painful, just a little uncomfortable getting used to it. I'm so glad that I trusted him, because everything came out the way I wanted, if not even better, actually.
