Keeping You Informed: Updated Standards of Practice Webinar

A recording of the May 2, 2023 webinar on the updated Standards for Practice, hosted by the College's Manager of Practice, Sandra Carter and Practice Consultant Diane Tse. On June 1st, 2023, the updated Standards of Practice will come into effect for occupational therapists in Ontario. As part of the ongoing work at the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario, the Standards of Practice are reviewed regularly to ensure the public interest is at the forefront, the expectations for practice are clear, and evolving occupational therapy practice is considered. The Standards have been modernized to: clarify practice expectations, use plain language and include practice competencies.
