Hey everybody welcome back to another episode of Muddy Reviews, in this video we are checking out the Advanced Warfigthing Solutions (AWS) tactical Light Assault Belt system from AWS tactical. I picked up this belt for a current Airsoft kit, but this belt would have been a fantastic belt for work if I wasn't about to retire. I absolutely love this belt and the entire premise behind its design. The belt is a perfect compromise between a 1.75-inch MOLLE Velcro belt system and a standard slick scuba webbing style Velcro belt system. The design allows you to add MOLLE panels as needed to add MOLLE pouches to the belt as you require and remove them without the need to un-MOLLE them from the belt. The base belt (Slick) retails for 65.75$ USD and offers three Cobra Buckle options. The Belt comes in Multicam, Multicam Black, Coyote Brown, Ranger Green, and Black. The inner belt comes in 1.5 and 2 inch and is available in Black or Coyote Brown and is covered in Loop Velcro. They do offer the ability to purchase an additional inner belt when building your belt up. The MOLLE panels are 9.10$ USD each and come in 1-12 as your options (you can get them individually, then 2, 3, 5, etc..) The entire belt can be built out with all the pouches you require as well in one sitting if you were so inclined. For an example build Belt w/ D-Ring Cobra, Inner belt, 5 MOLLE Panels, 1 Rifle Mag pouch, 2 Pistol mag pouches, Dump pouch, IFAK w/ Insert, and glove hook. The entire build price: 276.68$ USD not a terrible price for a complete belt that's ready to go. Overall, I really like this belt and will be getting more AWS products as well as another standard belt for another project.
