Passengers shocked after railway workers killed by train in Port Talbot | ITV News

Passengers on a train which hit and killed two railway workers on the tracks near Port Talbot tell ITV News of their shock at what happened. Emergency services attended the scene just after 10am and two people were pronounced dead at the scene. A third person was treated for shock. Network Rail said their "thoughts are with the families of our colleagues and our members of staff who will be affected by this tragic loss".
