Built in 1966, the Shimbashi Ekimae Buildings are a relic of Japan's Golden Age. These buildings house a number of offices, restaurants, and bars. I explore the different floors and even basement levels to show you an interesting slice of time in Tokyo's history. HOW TO ACCESS: Go out of Shimbashi Station's Shiodome Exit. From there, you can either go down the main set of stairs to B1 or just walk to the buildings themselves on the street level. There are a number of entrances and stairway entrances so it's pretty easy to get into. PLEASE NOTE: Almost all of the little bars (a.k.a.
