They Warned Me NOT To Visit Thailand's Most Dangerous Province 🇹🇭

PATTANI, THAILAND - I'm in the deep South of Thailand in Pattani Province, a place where they warned me to not go. It has a reputation for being dangerous and even the British Government have a do not travel advice set up for the province. I was excited to explore and see if the fears meet reality. I was blown away by the kindness of people, historical attractions, the delicious street food snacks, and the amazing natural beauty. The food here in Pattani was some of the best in Thailand and totally unique. Influenced by Malaysian food and Arabian food, I ate Roti, Khao Yam (an incredibly rice salad) and best of all the food, a delicious Arabian Thai food feast. On my journey south, everyone was telling me I should not be going to Pattani and the deep south because it was dangerous. But is it really dangerous in Pattani? Let's find out. Here are the things we did in this Pattani travel guide video: Pattani Central Mosque - I started this tour of Pattani at the amazing Pattani Central Mosque where I also met a cat in need of my help. Khao Yam / nasi kerabu - An incredible rice and herb salad which can be found all over Thailand. I eat it for breakfast at a little street food market in the center of Pattani. It was unlike anything I have eaten in Thailand and totally delicious. Krue Se Mosque - Welcome to the oldest mosque in Thailand, known for its brick construction and arches. It was built with Middle East and European styles in the 16th century. Arabian Thai Food - I eat my Arabian Thai food feast for lunch. Honestly, the people are so friendly in Pattani and the hospitality is incredible. I only ordered a few dishes here but he kept bringing out more food for me to try. My favourite part was the homemade bread made in the tandoor. Pattani Beaches - I take a ride around the cape to see the coastline and beaches in Pattani. Totally unexpected, these beaches are beautiful and one day might be touristy. Roti - I finish the video late at night at a little Roti restaurant.
