Hello, I drove to a location I thought would work out. Normally, parking isn't allowed there, but I noticed there were no signs prohibiting it at the edge, so I decided to take the chance. I quickly got out, set up everything for the shoot, adjusted the camera, took out the mixer, turned on the fan to prevent the camera from overheating, plugged everything in, and then realized - I had forgotten the most important item, my USB stick. Frustrated, I packed everything back up and rushed home. After searching for a while, I found the USB stick still plugged into my PC. I hurried back to the location, unloaded everything once again, and finally hit the play button. After about 10 minutes, someone entered my area. I initially thought he was going to ask me to leave, but he just wanted to chat about what I was doing. We had a nice talk about the gear, and he mentioned that he also does some mixing at home. He didn't want to be included in the video, so you'll see a smiley over his face the whole time. Thanks for joining me for a bit. It was a pleasure! The situation was already adrenaline-inducing, but forgetting my USB stick was overwhelming. I tried a new camera angle and noticed (after recording the whole set) that it was set up too low. I will work on a solution for future sets so you can see the equipment and me all the time. I'm just happy my phone didn't overheat this time, allowing me to continue doing these small DJ sets at different locations. This brings so much joy and happiness into my life; I can't explain it.
