In this episode we are in Castrovillari, located in Calabria, Southern Italy. The town is located in a wide valley, surrounded by mountains all over the northern, western and eastern side and by hills on the southern one. Castrovillari is located just few minutes drive from the Pollino National Park, with peaks well above 2000m and the hidden gem of the "Pino Loricato" endemic tree, and less than half hour away from the Ionian Sea with long pebble and sandy strands. The Virtual Drive Tour will run from Castrovillari to Civita, a small village located among the Pollino National Park mountains. The drive starts from Corso Luigi Saraceni, just in the town centre and continues along the local roads until we eventually reach the town outskirt with a wonderful view over the Pollino Mountains. We head east, slowly climbing over the hill and reaching the town of Frascineto, located just under a vertical rock wall. We continue the drive among an arid and hot landscape finally reaching the town of Civita. Civita will offer a very unique and panoramic view of the surrounding area, with exciting canyons all around the area and its famous Devil's bridge.
