A new female employee works at a real estate company, wearing a outfit for the company. Now she guides a condominium apartment in Tokyo. A night view of Tokyo is very beautiful from this apartment's room, and the apartment has an open‐air bath and indoor bathroom with TV. She guides them politely. When she explains a function of the open‐air bath, she slips and falls down! Of course her outfit for office are soaked! However she tries to go on the guide to get a contract! Next she guides the indoor bathroom that has high-functioning, getting into the bathtub with her outfit on! Then she explains the function of the shower with taking a shower!
