900A Fully Automatic Double Channel Rigid Box making line (lids & bases simultaneously)

This line can produce lids and bases at the same time!! Or you can choose to make two completely different boxes at the same time, either lids or bases. It can produce up to 1500 pairs or boxes per hour!! This line consists of two quad stayers for forming and taping the boxes from grooved or die cut boards, a double channel small conveyor to transport the boxes to the robot, an automatic gluing machine with a double sheet feeder which includes viscosity control, a vacuum conveyor, a positioning robot, a pressing station and a double forming/wrapping station to simultaneously complete the wrapping of the cover material around the box caracass. Set up is completely digital, apart from installing the box mould/tooling for each box size... set up time is approx 1-2 hours.
