Annie bemoans the loss of her huevos rancheros as she tries to clean herself off and get up. Reva calls them huevos floperos. Josh hates that rug that Annie "tripped" on and wants to get rid of it. Annie thinks that's excessive. Josh wants to clean up and Annie wants to help him but Josh practically drags her off the floor and pushes her out the door with orders to go smell some flowers and to take a walk. He'll meet her by the dock in fifteen minutes. Annie acts as though he is someone in the military giving her orders. As soon as Annie is gone, Josh demands that Reva explain what the hell she thinks she's doing. She's raising the stakes and drawing the battle lines. She suggests that Joshua surrenders before Annie finds out what Annie's really up against. Josh is ticked off that Reva is threatening him. Hasn't she learned anything in all these years? Reva admits she's desperate and gets stubborn when she's desperate. Josh screams at Reva that if she really cared about him she would let him go. Reva's jaw drops. Josh calls her a stubborn, willful ghost. Reva says she's more of a woman than that whiny, wimpy adolescent that he has the hots for. She's ready for a fight. Josh shows Reva what she can do with her threats. He runs to the kitchen and starts throwing the china that Reva selected out the window. Reva can't get him to stop. Annie rushes into the kitchen perplexed.
