Meditation Cave - January 28, 2026 Give Yourself to "Yes" Body Awareness (1:15): The meditation begins by inviting listeners to shift attention from their thoughts to their physical body, noticing sensations like breath, pain, comfort, and the feeling of touch (1:43-3:23). T Embracing "Yes" (4:22): Introduce the word "yes" into the body through visualization, letting its resonance spread (4:44-5:03). This "yes" is not about agreement, but about accepting the present moment as it is (10:49-10:56). Acknowledging "No" (7:56): The frequency of "yes" can illuminate areas of resistance or "no" within oneself. The practice encourages saying "yes to the no," allowing both acceptance and resistance to coexist and intertwine (8:49-9:05). Applying "Yes" to Breath and Mind (10:03, 12:18): Apply the spirit of "yes" to breath, accepting its current state (10:03-10:42), and to mental activity, acknowledging whether the mind is busy or calm without judgment (12:18-12:49). This helps counteract the usual struggle with the mind during meditation (13:01-13:07). Healing through Acceptance (16:02): By saying "yes" to all parts of yourself that come forth, it allows for unfolding and healing, bringing you back into the wholeness of one's being (16:16-16:59). This practice can lead to relaxation and a sense of coming home to oneself (17:16-17:37). Subtle Sensations and Presence (18:32, 21:13): The meditation progresses to acknowledging more subtle realms like emotions, energy, and stress points, meeting them all with "yes" (19:03-19:49). Ultimately, this softening of judgment allows a sense of spacious, bright, and open presence to emerge (21:13-22:00), which is described the "one big yes" (22:22-22:24).
