I took AI photo editing advice from the chatbot ChatGPT

I want to be clear that I have no interest in AI (Artificial Intelligence) altering my images for me. However, in trying to find a positive aspect to AI and photography as far as might interest me, I thought I would ask ChatGPT to appraise and then advise, in a step by step manner how an image might be improved using commonly used post processing software. The results I have to say, were quite remarkable. However, you do get out only what you put in and I wasn’t specific in the type of edit I wanted, whereas you could ask for a more subtle edit or in a specific style for example. It’s clever in a sense, but we do still retain the driving seat. It’s a nice tool to have in the toolbox, just so long as we don’t use it as our only tool.
