Here you have an 8 plant setup and can immediately see how snug the 9-10.5" Matrix fits inside of the 3 Gal PotPro. Then the 2.25" Circulator is attached to two lines from the Bubbler (the two smaller sized Matrix units can use one piece of tubing from the Bubbler and be split into two) and again it is also a super tight fit on and into the Matrix. We are showing the assembly here minus the Matrix Wicking Pad which is an optional accessory, though it is not to be discounted as many people prefer it with the system. *You should always lay the Matrix System directly on top of the medium, as this is a wicking system and the small holes need to touch so the water can be wicked through properly.⁠ ⁠ We are running Open Flow Bubblers (completely gutted) as the Matrix System requires high pressure so you can get the water to distribute all the way to the outer diameter. In the first pass you see bubbles which is just a bit of air in the system and occurs the first time after setup. ⁠ ⁠ 🔌We then run it again so you can see that this particular setup (may vary on PSI etc) takes 5 seconds to fill a unit. Then you see in the following video that it takes roughly 20 seconds to fill the measuring cup to 1000ml.
