This #WalnutBrownie is no doubt #Mushy, such a pleasure to one's palate. #Chewy #gooey delight for those #chocolate lovers. #WalnutMushyBrownie #MoistChocolateBrownies #FudgyBrownie #GooeyChocoBrownie Here's how: 90 g bittersweet choco (70-80%) 80 ml condensed milk 150 g butter, unsalted 150-180 ml white sugar 3 eggs 1/4 cup cocoa powder (ordinary /Dutch processed) Lil bit of salt 1/2 cup + 2 tbsp all purpose flour Some crashed walnuts /peanuts/ pecan/choco chip Over direct low flame, melt choco, once melted add condensed milk. Stir to combine. Or ... In a bowl over simmering water, melt choco, once melted add condensed milk. Stir to combine. Then add butter & allow it to melt while mixing thoroughly. Take out from the simmering water. Dry underneath the bowl. While it's still warm, add sugar gradually. Add eggs 1 at a time. Add cocoa powder by sifting. Combine. Add salt. Combine. Add flour by sifting. Fold in. Add nuts/choco chip if you like. On 8 x 8" square pan or 2 pcs. 5 x 1" round pans lined with parchment paper and butter in between. Lay the choco batter. Add extra crashed nuts on top. Pop on a preheated oven at 170 •C for 20-25 mins. Take out from oven and let it cool before cutting.
