This is version 3 which uses modbus-rtu protocol for communication. Before using please install python libraries : modbus-tk: pip3 install modbus-tk pyserial : pip3 install pyserial With this sensor, we can monitor: 1. Voltage (Volt) 2. Current (Ampere) 3. Power (Watt) 4. Energy (Watt Hour) 5. Frequency (Hz) 6. Power Factor For communication from the sensor I do not use TTL to USB, but directly to the UART Pin (GPIO 14 and 15) with port: / dev / ttyS0. Wiring : 1. AC power, and CT Coil (see on video) 2. VCC 5V and GND (see on video) 3. RX pin to GPIO 14 (UART TX) 4. TX pin to GPIO 15 (UART RX) Download python code : 1.
