🌹 🌹 🌷 🌷 🌼 🌼 Discover an unknown gem during a walk in the wonderful French Rose Garden 🌹 🌷 of the Parc du Bachais in the small French town of Meylan with natural sound! Please like, comment, and subscribe to my channel for more walking tours around the world. Meylan is part of the Grenoble metropolitan area in the French Alps. Together with the neighboring Parc du Bruchet, the Parc du Bachais forms on approximately 10h the Coeur Vert, the Green Heart of Meylan, or "park city" as the city calls itself. The Parc du Bachais is divided into two distinct atmospheres. The northern part follows a geometric design, organized around the axes of the fountain, the arches of the rose garden and the flowerbeds. To the south, woods and gardens create a shady, romantic atmosphere, enhanced by two small ponds fed by streams originating from the fountain. This walk through begins in the Parc du Bachais rose garden, with some fifteen different varieties of roses. Too bad videos can't convey the scents! Flowers also abound in other parts of the park. As this Vlog was shot in early May, the croaking of frogs can be heard throughout most of the video, especially in the pond section of the park. Meylan is located in the Isère department, east of Grenoble, in south-east France, 1 hour's drive from Lyon and around 1h40 from Geneva, Switzerland.
