These brownies are SCARY GOOD! Why are they SCARY? Because they are made with black beans! Don't be scared. They don't taste like black beans just, fudgy goodness. FUN FACTS Do you know why fiber is important? According to Healthy Children.org, Fiber helps make us full and keeps things moving in the digestive tract. Good sources of fiber include: Vegetables Fruits Beans Peas Nuts Fiber-rich whole-grain bread and cereal The above list of foods is good sources of nutrients and vitamins that may help reduce the risk of heart disease, certain types of cancer, and obesity. BLACK BEAN BROWNIES [Ingredients] • 1 standard size box of brownie mix • 1 can of black beans drained and rinsed • 1 cup of milk • ½ cup of chocolate chips Original recipe we followed can be found here: https://bit.ly/3iGcfih [••Chantai's Recommendations and notes] Add a bit more chocolate chips and frost with chocolate frosting.
