The good news is that there's a mirror for every style, whether you have a sleek, contemporary space or a more elegant and traditional bathroom. One of my favorite bathroom mirror ideas is choosing an unusual shape. This is an easy and effective way to make a statement in any style bathroom. For example – look for a mirror that is arched on top, a sunburst shape or a mirror with a bold sculpted frame. Select something that’s a WOWZER! Tip # 2 Replace your bathmat with a real rug It’s time to pull up the bathmats and add a bit of luxury. Use a real rug in the bathroom instead of a bath mat. It was made to withstand a lot more wear than the occasional wet foot. Real rugs come in so many shapes, sizes and colors. There are so many options to fit your style. As an example, if you have a double vanity, consider using a runner sized rug to span the entire length of the vanity. This is a better option than two rugs - it’s a much cleaner look. Tip # 3 Add some art Art belongs everywhere, not just in the living room or the bedroom. People often forget about the bathroom when decorating their homes. Don't overlook it! It's a room like all the others. Think about how much time you spend in there. So, add some art to your bathroom walls whether it’s one big bold piece or a grouping of multiple pieces.
